Itinerary

Day 01 - Arrive Srinagar – Pahalgam

On arriving at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative and be transferred to Pahalgam. “The Valley of Shepherds” situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River presents a glamorous look due to its pine forests, snow clad mountains, healthy climate, and vast meadows and pastures. Upon arrival, check-in for an overnight stay.

Day 02: At Pahalgam

After breakfast, have the day at leisure. This valley is adorned with elements that will awestruck you to glory! Overnight stay at the hotel. We suggest you visit Chandanwari and Aru (at own cost).

Day 03: Pahalgam – Gulmarg

This morning, drive to Gulmarg. En-route visit the world famous saffron fields and Avantipur ruins. This place is known as the Meadow of Flowers and is a famous ski resort during the winters. On arrival, check in at the hotel; and enjoy leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Gulmarg

Have the entire day at leisure. Gulmarg is the most beautiful summer resorts in this valley. It is most popular for its golf course (summer) and skiing activities (winter). We suggest you take a cable car drive amidst the splendor of nature and snowy mountains.

Day 05 Gulmarg – Srinagar

Today, after breakfast, you will be driven to Srinagar, the lake city of Kashmir located in the heart of the Kashmir Valley at an altitude of 1,730m. It is famous for its lakes dotted with Shikaras, and the Mughal Gardens. Upon reaching, get transferred to houseboat. The day until evening is at leisure to explore the vicinity. To gawk at the soothing sunset is all you got to do when on a Shikara ride on the famous Lake Dal this evening.Overnight stay at Houseboat.

Day 06:- Srinagar

Today, set out to visit the world famous Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). Also visit the Chashmashahi Garden (Royal Spring), which known for its beautiful land scrapings and water fountains. On your return, visit Kashmir handicrafts centre and carpet weaving factory. The latter part of the day is at leisure. Overnight at houseboat.

Day 07:- Srinagar – Departure

Proceed to the airport as this fantastic tour comes to an end. Return home with wonderful memories of your tour with Travel Hot.

Procedure to register your tour.

6.	You can also make payment by depositing / transferring amount in our Axis Bank Ltd., Prabhadevi Branch - Account No. 060010200010760 . You can pay the tour price by the safe and simple direct telegraphic transfer. Any transaction charges levied by the bank will be borne by you.

Cancellation Procedure

All bookings for airlines/hotel accommodation/ground transportation are blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are cancelled by us

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to its departure without assigning any reason. The tour price paid by the guest shall be refunded by the Company by 'A/C payee' cheque against receipt only, and no compensation and/or interest shall be paid in any case.

Cancellation charges for any ticket / Air reservation are applicable as per the rules of airlines/railways. Air ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the guest are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be returned to the guests after receipt of the refund from respective airlines/railways after deducting the processing charges.

The tour may be pre-poned/post-ponned by the company in certain circumstances which are beyond its control and in case the guest wishes to cancel the tour, Company will deduct minimum INR 15,000 for World tours and INR 5000 for Indian tours per head minimum or actual amount received, whichever is higher, as processing fees to meet the partial loss suffered and rest of the balance amount paid by the guests will be carried forward to their account to be utilized by guest within one year for any future booking with company

In case where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to enable us to confirm the reservation, no refund will be given if services are amended, cancelled or not utilized.

If the guest desires to cancel the tour due to any reason, they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges given below

Refund procedure

All the refund will be paid to the guest by 'A/C payee' cheque only, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 60 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign currency. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reason. No refund will be made in cash.
